Progress through Technological Innovation and Cooperation, Human-Centered Management at Dongkuk Industries

* Hwangryongwon

Culture

We contribute to improving and enhancing human life by producing goods and services necessary for living and further contribute to cultural advancement.

To achieve this goal, the specific methods will be determined by gathering the strength and foresight of all employees according to the changing times.

Hwangryongwon is a training center used as a spiritual and consciousness-raising space. It is centered around the mid-tower modeled after the nine-story pagoda of Hwangryongsa Temple from the Silla Dynasty. It showcases our ancestors' exceptional artistry and architectural skills, reinterpreted with modern technology and construction methods, and stands as a new landmark in the Gyeongju Bomun Tourist Complex.

Talent

Before producing goods and services, we strive to create the people who will produce them.

To this end, everyone is provided equal opportunities and is expected to exert equal effort. We also strive to nurture and appoint talented individuals.

Quality & Technological Innovation

Our products and services must be high-quality and affordable, leading to perfect service. Therefore, profit is not the goal of the enterprise but an appropriate reward for our efforts. The extent of the profit serves as a measure of our effort based on ownership spirit, quality excellence, and service provision.

We continually strive to improve all systems in line with the times and lead in new technological innovations. While respecting good traditions and habits, we do not hesitate to reform and enhance for progress and advancement. Competition is the fundamental driving force for development and improvement in all aspects, but excessive competition leads to destruction; hence, we emphasize cooperation within and between companies.

Social Contribution & Responsible Management

Management decisions are made and executed by gathering collective wisdom. The results' rewards are fairly distributed among employees and capital, and efforts are made to give back to society.

A strong sense of management responsibility is divided among all levels, with upper management ultimately bearing responsibility.
